Ramps Logistics Wins Exporter of the Year Award

We are honored to receive the Exporter of the Year Award at the 2017 Trinidad and Tobago Energy Conference. The conference was held by The Energy Chamber of Trinidad and Tobago and took place on the 23rd – 25th January, 2017 at the Hyatt Regency, Port-of-Spain.

The Exporter of the Year award recognizes the company that have achieved the most notable success in an export market over the past two years or excelled in international export services. With the expansion of our operations across the region, opening offices in Guyana and Suriname, we offer a diverse range of services including freight forwarding, customs brokerage, supply chain management, project logistics, shorebase management and offshore logistics.

In 2015, were granted a unique opportunity by Exxon Mobil to provide customs brokerage, handling and shipping as well as managing their shorebase operations both in Trinidad and Guyana. We also provided personnel to work and coordinate the logistics operations on their offshore rig operations. We have worked with Exxon Mobil through three major deep-water drilling operations, Liza 1, Liza 2 and Skipjack. Managing the offshore logistics and shorebases for Exxon Mobil in both Trinidad and Guyana, has played a significant part in achieving this honor.

Our Chief Operating Officer, Shaun Rampersad, has dedicated this award to all the employees, partners and stakeholders at our offices, shorebases and vessels who have made this dream possible.
